Anticipate and prioritize scheduling conflicts, ensuring the CEO's time is optimized and commitments are met.

Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings and events.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant documents.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
Manage and organize electronic and physical files, documents, and reports.
Conduct research and compile information for presentations and reports.

Travel Arrangements:
Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa requirements.
Provide detailed travel briefs to the CEO, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel experience.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, investors, and the management team.
Liaise with internal departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Project Support:
Assist the CEO in managing and overseeing various projects.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and progress, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Provide research, analysis, and recommendations as needed.

Prioritization and Proactive Support:
Proactively identify and address emerging issues and potential bottlenecks.
Anticipate the CEO's needs and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Exercise sound judgment in managing competing priorities.

Financial Administration:
Support the CEO in financial matters, such as expense reporting, budget tracking, and invoice processing.
Collaborate with the bookkeeper to ensure accurate and timely financial management.
